Mergenta is a digital, subscription-based software platform (SaaS platform) operated by SNS Innovation Labs Pvt. Ltd.

All products and services offered through Mergenta are delivered electronically and do not involve any physical shipment.

Payments once made are non-refundable, as services are delivered electronically and made available immediately after payment confirmation.

Refunds may be considered only in exceptional cases such as duplicate or erroneous charges.

2. Subscription Cancellations

Users may cancel their Mergenta subscription at any time through their account settings or by contacting us at support@mergenta.ai.

• Cancellation will stop future billing.
• Access to paid features will remain available until the end of the current billing cycle.
• No further charges will be applied after cancellation takes effect.

3. Refund Policy

Due to the digital and on-demand nature of Mergenta's services:
